Top Three Thursdays

I continue to have a thing with felted objects and felted bowls in particular. I have now knit two items but have no place to actually felt them because I don’t have the right kind of washing machine. Some day, though, some day I am going to get this felting thing mastered. In the meantime, I lust for stuff like these nesting bowls from the Etsy shop aptly named Hold. These are actually crocheted rather than knitted but who cares. I love the muted colors and the gray center. The trio is $38.

If you haven’t made the leap yet to the wonderfulness of wall decals — and why you haven’t I do not understand — this use from ShaNickers‘ shop might just get your creative juices going. Sure, you can hang photos or other art on the wall by your staircase, but how about a real conversation opener? This stark forest is just one option of many in this shop. As with many wall decals, this comes in many color options. Price is $159.

And finally a little pillow eye candy to finish up Top Three Thursdays on Etsy. This Turkish antique kilim pillow cover is made from natural dyes and available at Bitanem, an Etsy shop that specializes in Turkish kilimn and art. Price of this cover is $96. The shop has a number of other colors and options as well if this one doesn’t fit your color scheme.
